Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
of the OneLife online store

General

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms) of the OneLife online store, available at http://shop.oneliferally.com
 (hereinafter: Online Store), are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2).

The operator of the Online Store is It's One Life, spletna trgovina d.o.o., Bač pri Materiji 30, 6242 Materija, Registration No.: 9840079000, VAT ID: SI 27658368, email: webshop@oneliferally.com
 (hereinafter: OneLife).

These Terms are binding on every visitor to the Online Store who makes or intends to make a purchase (hereinafter: User). The Terms form an integral part of the contractual relationship between OneLife and the User and, together with the order, constitute part of the sales contract for purchases made in the Online Store. The User is bound by the Terms in force at the time of purchase. When placing an order, the User is each time specifically notified of the applicable Terms and must expressly confirm awareness of them before submitting the order.

Registration

Items in the Online Store can be purchased only by registered customers with a user account.

To register, the User must enter their email address, to which a 6-month confirmation code will be sent. The User enters the confirmation code in the Online Store’s registration form in the second step of the registration process. With timely and correct entry of the 6-month confirmation code, the User is registered. For successful registration, the User must also tick the box confirming agreement with these Terms and giving consent for OneLife to process the personal data entered in the registration form.

In the account settings, the User may additionally provide their first name, last name, and one or more delivery details (first name, last name, company, address, additional description, postal code, city/post, phone number).

The User is solely responsible for securely storing the username and password used to access the account. The User must immediately change the password if they suspect their account security is at risk and must notify OneLife. By entering their data at login or registration, the User warrants that the data provided are complete and accurate. In their account, a registered User can at any time review stored data, shipping addresses, and open and past orders.

Order

Ordering through the Online Store takes place over the internet, 24/7, year-round.

A purchase in the Online Store is made in the following steps:

Selecting an item: The User selects a product (including color, size, quantity, version, etc., where required) and adds it to the cart with “Add to cart” or “Pre-order.”

Cart review: The cart always shows the list of items added. With “View cart,” the User can see items, quantities, and the order total (excluding discounts and shipping). A discount coupon code can be entered and applied with “apply coupon.” To continue, click “Continue.”

Checkout: The User proceeds via the Online Store’s “Checkout” form or completes the purchase by clicking the button of a payment service provider (Shop Pay, Google Pay).
The following steps describe checkout via the Online Store form. For provider checkouts, follow the on-screen instructions of the respective payment service:

Billing & shipping details, delivery, payment:

The User provides the billing and shipping address, including contact details. OneLife will send the order confirmation, tax invoice, and any order status updates to the User’s email. The delivery service may also contact the User using these details if needed to complete delivery. Instead of manual entry, the User may auto-fill delivery details by choosing from saved addresses in account settings.

Based on the shipping address, the Online Store will offer delivery options and display the shipping costs. Where multiple options are available, the User can select one.

The User provides payment details (card data, cardholder, card validity, security code) and the billing address. Alternatively, the User can indicate that the billing address is the same as the shipping address.

Order review: Before submitting and paying, the User can review all order details, including the final price. All elements of the order (data and item selection) can still be corrected by returning to previous steps.

Completing the purchase: After reviewing all details, the User confirms agreement with the price and commits to payment by clicking “Complete order and pay.” Placing the order is only possible if the User has also given consent to these Terms and to personal data processing.

Order notification: After submitting the order, the User will receive an email confirming the order, listing the items and quantities ordered, delivery costs, and other information. This message is usually received within 10 minutes, though delivery time may vary due to email client settings.

A binding contract between OneLife and the User is concluded when the User completes payment through one of the online payment services and confirms order submission. For other payment methods (e.g., cash on delivery or pro forma invoice), the contract is concluded when OneLife sends an email confirming dispatch of items or another explicit statement of acceptance/conclusion to the User.

OneLife will prepare the items as soon as possible after receiving the order and send them to the User’s shipping address, notifying the User by email. If the User ordered an item that OneLife cannot dispatch within a reasonable time due to unforeseen reasons, OneLife will inform the User by email or phone.

OneLife will keep the User informed about order status by email.

In case of ambiguities, data verification, or to ensure proper delivery, OneLife or the carrier may call the User at the provided phone number or contact them by email after the order is placed.

After delivery, OneLife will email the invoice to the User. The invoice will itemize the price and all costs related to the purchase and include information on the right of withdrawal. The User must check the accuracy of data before placing the order, as OneLife will not consider later objections regarding invoice accuracy.

Pre-orders

Some items can be ordered as pre-orders, clearly marked for each such item in the Online Store. The pre-order process is the same as a regular order, except that OneLife will deliver the item within the timeframe stated for that item. The stated delivery time is indicative only and not binding on OneLife. OneLife reserves the right that the delivery time indicated at pre-order may differ from the actual time. If the actual delivery time is longer than stated at the time of pre-order, OneLife may ask the User whether they wish to keep or cancel the pre-order due to the change. OneLife reserves the right not to deliver a pre-ordered item due to force majeure and will notify the User accordingly.

Item care

All items in the Online Store are carefully selected and represent top quality in their field. Items are transfer-printed at 190 °C; therefore, OneLife recommends ironing—where not prohibited—on the reverse side of the print. Wash at max. 30 °C. Turning the garment inside out before washing helps. Dry cleaning and the use of aggressive cleaners are not suitable. Dry at normal temperatures and do not expose the fabric to direct sunlight. Tumble drying is not recommended. Bleach is not suitable.

Payment methods

Purchases in the Online Store can be paid by:

Payment card;

Shop Pay and Google Pay.

OneLife reserves the right, instead of the payment method chosen by the User (e.g., payment card), to direct the User to another payment method, depending on the result of the User’s creditworthiness check or other justified reasons at OneLife’s discretion.

Additional conditions for card payments:

The payer (account details) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment/credit card.

If the payer details and the cardholder do not match, OneLife reserves the right to cancel the order.

After confirmation of order receipt, changes to the order content or final amount are not possible, except with OneLife’s approval.

Prices

All prices in the Online Store are in EUR and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific item. A reduced price is the discounted regular price at which the featured item is sold for a fixed or indefinite period.

All prices refer to items only and do not include shipping costs. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and have no pre-set validity period. Prices apply when paying by the methods listed above under the stated conditions.

Discount codes

A discount code grants various benefits when shopping in the Online Store (e.g., gifts, free shipping, product discounts, etc.). A valid code may be found on the heading of an advertisement, in an email from the Online Store, other media, or elsewhere. If the User redeems a discount code and then later cancels the order themselves, they are not entitled to a new benefit under that code.

Discount codes do not combine and do not apply to sale items unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific code terms.

A discount code can be entered during checkout up to the completion of the purchase.

Delivery

Delivery of ordered items is usually made within 2 to 5 business days from receipt of payment. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas/New Year holidays, major discounts), delivery may take 2 to 15 business days from receipt of payment.

The shipping price within Slovenia per order is EUR 2.70 (incl. VAT).

Order cancellation

The User may cancel a submitted order without additional costs until receiving the dispatch email. Cancellations can be made only at info@oneliferally.com
.

When cancelling, the User must provide:

order number;

User’s first and last name;

User’s address.

In rare cases, an ordered item may be unavailable. In such cases, OneLife reserves the right to cancel the order for undeliverable items. OneLife will notify the User by email or contact them at the phone number provided with the order. If the User does not respond within 10 business days, OneLife may cancel the order for the undeliverable items. If the User has already paid, OneLife will refund the purchase price for undeliverable items within 5 business days of cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

This section applies to Users who qualify as consumers under ZVPot-1.

The User has the right to withdraw from an order or part of an order (contract) within 14 days, without giving any reason:

when the User acquires physical possession of the goods, or a third person (other than the carrier) designated by the User acquires it; or

in the case of a single order with separate deliveries: when the User (or such third person) acquires physical possession of the last piece of goods; or

in the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple shipments or pieces: when the User (or such third person) acquires physical possession of the last shipment or piece.

The User may withdraw by notifying OneLife via the Withdrawal Form, or by a clear written statement unambiguously declaring withdrawal.

If the User withdraws, OneLife will without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the User’s withdrawal notice refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to a delivery type that is not the least expensive standard delivery offered). Refunds will be made using the same means of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise; the User will not incur fees as a result. OneLife may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the User provides proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

The User must return the goods together with the completed return form by post to:

DTM Natura d.o.o.
Tržaška 132
1000 Ljubljana

The User must return the goods to OneLife without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the User notified OneLife of withdrawal. The return is considered timely if the goods are sent before the 14-day period expires.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the User.

The User is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unless otherwise agreed case by case between OneLife and the User, the User has no right of withdrawal under this section for contracts:

for goods made to the User’s specifications or clearly personalized;

for goods that are perishable or rapidly expire;

for sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

for goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Complaints about goods, warranty

This section applies to Users who qualify as consumers under ZVPot-1. For Users who are not consumers, this section does not apply; in case of material defects, the general provisions of obligations law regarding liability for defects in sales contracts apply.

OneLife is liable to the User for non-conformities existing at the time of delivery, for any non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years from delivery.

Goods conform to the sales contract in particular if:

they match the description, type, quantity, and quality and have the functionality, compatibility, interoperability, and other features required by the sales contract;

they are fit for any particular purpose required by the User and made known to OneLife at the latest when placing the order, and accepted by OneLife;

they are delivered with all accessories and instructions, including installation instructions, as provided in the sales contract; and

they are updated as provided in the sales contract.

In addition, the goods must:

be fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used, taking into account other regulations, technical standards, or—if none—industry codes of conduct;

be of the quality and correspond to any sample or model made available by OneLife to the User before ordering, where appropriate;

be delivered with such accessories, including packaging, installation or other instructions, as the User may reasonably expect, where appropriate; and

be of the quantity and have the characteristics and other features, including with respect to durability, functionality, compatibility, and safety, typical for goods of the same type and which the User may reasonably expect considering the nature of the goods and any public statements made in advertising or labeling by or on behalf of OneLife or others earlier in the supply chain, including the manufacturer, unless OneLife proves that:

it was not aware of the public statement and could not reasonably be expected to be aware of it;

the public statement was corrected before the sales contract was concluded in the same or a comparable manner; or

the public statement could not influence the decision to purchase.

Under law, OneLife is not liable for damage, inter alia:

caused by improper use;

resulting from use or other natural and normal wear and tear;

based on unauthorized modifications to the item (e.g., add-ons and/or alterations).

If a non-conformity appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless OneLife proves otherwise or this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the non-conformity.

The User may exercise rights arising from non-conformity if they notify OneLife within two months of discovering it, precisely describing the non-conformity in the notice. In case of non-conformity, the User has the right first to request free restoration of conformity and, if not remedied, to request a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the sales contract and claim a refund. OneLife will respond to the User’s request as soon as possible.

The User’s rights expire two years from the day the claim for non-conformity was asserted.

For certain goods, the manufacturer provides a warranty. In such cases, a warranty card is included, stating the warranty conditions and procedure. Within the warranty period, the manufacturer must provide subsequent performance free of charge (repair or replacement). If the defect is not remedied within a specified time or the goods are not replaced, the User may choose to demand an appropriate price reduction or terminate the contract. Manufacturer warranty obligations create claims only against the manufacturer as guarantor. This does not affect OneLife’s statutory obligations regarding non-conformity.

OneLife protects personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Complaints and disputes

OneLife pays special attention to customer satisfaction. The User may contact OneLife at any time using the methods stated above. OneLife will endeavor to review the User’s request as soon as possible and contact you promptly upon receiving your complaint. In the complaint, the User should describe the problem as precisely as possible and, if necessary, provide copies of order documents or at least the order number, customer number, etc. In rare cases, emails may be caught by spam filters, or messages sent by other means may not reach us or may be inadvertently overlooked.

OneLife does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for disputes that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act. The platform is available to consumers at this web link.

Final provisions

These Terms are valid from and including 12/11/2025.
